Pioneer Extracts Pvt. Ltd., has established its GMPstandard manufacturing facility in the year 2001 located in the main area of Coleus- Coleus Forskohlii cultivation in India and also the area which produces one of the best variety of Turmeric-Curcuma longa in India.

Pioneer extracts Pvt. Ltd., has locational advantage for sourcing quality Herbal raw material and contract cultivation of required Herbal raw materials.

Pioneer Extracts Pvt. Ltd., has production facilities over a build area of 44,000 square feet in 11.0 acres of land with four production line dedicated to individual products to ensure high quality standard. Each facility can handle 3500 kg of dry raw material per day supported by dedicated GMP compliant clean room for each product, comprising of separate wet area and dry area to achieve high quality standard. With this facility Pioneer Extracts Pvt. Ltd., can produce up to 125000 kg of finished Extracts per annum.

We have post-harvest raw material processing facility from fresh tubers to dry roots for our inhouse requirements which can process up to 80,000 kg of fresh tubers every day. Warehouse facility for raw material to store up to 1,700 M.T

We have 4000 square feet of finished goods warehouse facility on GMPstandard to stock and despatch the finished products.
